Can't Claim Legacy of Romulus Legacy Pack ships

Hi
I've already spoken to Support and told me to summit a report on here as well.
In is video at the bottom I'll show the iusse I'm having with the Legacy of romulus pack I can't claim any of the ships in the pack and the T1-4 are completely bugged.
