romulan transporter animations not playing on kdf maps.

playing my kdf allied Romulan i noticed that the romulan transporter animations (both beaming in and out via talking to the transport operator) do not play when im on a kdf map such as Qo'Nos first city be it the starbase first city map or the academy.
