Terran uniform charging after getting them in a giveaway

I got a giveaway code, from Razor, that comes with the Terran Uniforms. I opened it and received the boxes for everything, including the Terran Uniform Box. I opened that box then went to the tailor, but all the Terran uniforms are still purchase only.

i have same issue even though arc have stated i have this uniform when i havnt got it

I got the box for the uniform, but when I go to the tailor it costs zen. Something is up. I opened a ticket and they just said to report it here. So it's not resolved.

I think the Razor mirror uniform is the Discovery Terran uniform, not the Odyssey or the Jupiter/sierra uniforms. Are you sure you are looking for the right outfit?

Yep it is the “Terran Empire” uniforms as seen in Star Trek Discovery. So it is probably not related to the “shorts” bug either. Check the wiki:
