Tailor bug -Terran Shorts 2 from Leeta's Jupiter uniform now charging zen

Hello:
I had a character who unboxed the Jupiter uniform Leeta variant. I created a uniform, and the characters legs were invisible. If I go into modify the uniform, if I equip the Terran Shorts 2 from that uniform, it says that 4800 zen is owed, like it's something you need to buy like it's part of the Terran bundle.
The Terran Shorts 1 had always shown up in the list as costing zen but the Terran Shorts 2 always showed as free. They still show as free when you are pulling up the list of items, but when you put them on the zen charge shows up.
This problem had spread to all of the characters on my account. You can't modify an existing outfit with the Terran Shorts 2 without it pulling up the zen charge.
Has anyone else seen this bug?
