Temporal Recruit suddenly missing ship stations & skills

Suddenly, my new Temporal Recruit can't put anyone into the ship stations because the page for Ship Stations comes up blank. Standard Away team is fine. I have reported this and tried changing ships, deleting ship and getting it back, logging in and out of the game and nothing works. This is happening to others and nothing has been done about it yet.
