Active: Temporal Surge Vanished After They Patched It

The screenshot should sum up what's happening: The starship trait "Active: Temporal Surge" is gone from my list of traits on all of my characters, and doesn't appear in the traits of loadouts that were using it. It is still on my hotbar and still works, but I can't add it to new builds.

I've tried basic troubleshooting, but nothing has helped (re-logging, swapping ships/loadouts, etc).

Currently, we can see your Available TraIits that start with A, B and C.
You should scroll your list down to S, T and U so that it's very obvious that it's 'gone'.
