Problem with uniform from the Razer giveaway

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I was able to claim the giveaway from Razer however when I opened up the uniforms boxed clearly got the message that the uniform was unlocked however they are not unlocked in the tailor both me and my girlfriend have the same issue.     Ok after much discussion in other forms i have learned this is not the Terran Odyssey uniform I should have received but the Terran Discovery one which I just check and do have so all is good
