I am unable to claim the Temporal Agent reputation reward even after fully completing all the Temporal Recruit objectives, and I am also not receiving the "2% bonus damage" that is written on the tool tip of the ship weapons that I've claimed from reputations after reaching reaching tier VI. This issue is account wide.

    Can you share a screenshot of your Temporal Transponder thingy, please, showing the conditions mat for the claim? It might help us other players to better to help you.

    The 2% bonus damage is only available on Weapons that are claimed by running the Reputation projects - the weapons that come from the various Reputation 'gift' boxes do not get this.
    Often the "2% bonus" will only show up in the tooltip in the appropriate combat-enabled maps, not social maps such as ESD. i.e. a ground map for ground weapons and a space map for space weapons.
