...but they cannot be found anywhere in the tailor. Is this incorrect information that wasn't supposed to be there or is the unlock bugged?

I think it is incorrect information. I saw something about it on Reddit, but I wasn’t sure what the EV suit was that it was referring to. I will try to find that post for you.
