Temporal Agent - New Romulus Story Arc Glitch

I may be posting something that has already been posted but here goes.

So, with the return of the Temporal Recruitment event I went on to my existing Temporal Recruit and I noticed that the New Romulus Story Arc is greyed out. It says I haven't completed it, even though I did during the first run of the Temporal Recruitment event.

Is this a known fault or glitch, in the logs/accolades it shows I haven't done three items from New Romulus, but I can't work out how to do them. They are the following - Hidden Camera, Secret Shuttle Codes, Web Access and Latest Findings. I have redone the missions that these are connected to, but it just says review recording and nothing else happens.

Hopefully someone can clear this up for me.

Yes same for me i was half way through the new Romulus arc when the patch dropped , when i completed the rest it shows as still not completed, i wonder if it's got anything to do with them streamling the New romulus arc this patch so you don't have to run some of the missions twice?
