Are there patch notes for today's update?

I thought there would be notes today, but I can't find them. Does anyone have a link?

    Unfortunately, the patch notes haven't gone out yet. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Can someone who is good with numbers tell me what these mean:

    The Universal Console - Hull Image Refractors has been updated to have a cap of total magnitude equal to ship's Hull Capacity instead of 20 stacks.

    The power damage scaling for the Universal Console - Tholian Webspinner Array has been adjusted to bring it more in line with other consoles.

    The Universal Console - Neutronic Eddies has been updated so that Eddies no longer stack their damage and drain with each other against the same target, but instead provide +10% damage and drain for each additional eddy; reduced the shield drain.

    Sounds bad.

    Not sure about the others, but that last sounds like it's intended to avoid having players fire multiple Neutronic Eddies in the same place. Because the damage may no longer stack, but the VFX sure do!

    The Hull Image Refractor one sounds like they made it so the amount of THP you can get from it is capped to your hull value - so it essentially doubles your hull at maximum stacks instead of being able to stack endlessly.

    I guess Cryptic FINALLY realized that having potentially millions in THP was just a LITTLE overpowered.​​

    Hm, I was hoping they hadn't put them up earlier because they wanted to keep the release of playable Voth (with their own mini-story and unique social zone!) and @Iconians a surprise.
