Romulan Reinforcements mission still bugged.

We all know that the Reinforcements mission during Junior Appreciation Week is still bugged. But I think it’s only fair that this happened originally in 2014 and there is still no permanent fix. Why do the developers fix things and then ignore them when they break again. This was meant to have be resolved on 2021, but the workaround still does not work for all Romulan captains. I am only referring to KDF aligned. Of course the Klingon and Fed are working perfectly. It took 7 years for the developer team to make a workaround and I’m hoping it won’t be another 7 years until they fix it again. Loraj at the Klingon academy doesn’t have an option to speak and the gorn does nothing for Romulan. I totally understand these bugs happen but why oh why can’t the developers remove the quest for Romulan and just place a once per captain duty officer claim in the zen store ? Developers, please fix this.

The 'bug' is that Centurion Velaar gives out a mission that shouldn't be available.
KDF and Starfleet alighned Romuland should be taking the mission from their respective Academy contacts - S'stas or Ferra.

• If Ferra isn't giving out a mission, check your Duty Officer roster for the "Exocomp" duty officer, as you probably already have it.
• If S'stas isn't giving out a mission, check your Duty Officer roster for the "Kazan" duty officer, as you might already have it.
