23c Gorn Tunic costume issue

This has been reported multiple times over the years and I am a bit dismayed that is still hasn't been addressed. the Uniform - Tight Jacket Upper piece "Gorn Tunic" is using the chest and upper arm skin textures for the 2409 Gorn body. It should be using the chest and upper arm textures from the Uniform - Bare Chest Gorn 23 c piece. Please see attached screenshots for comparison

Aboslutely! Please fix this...it has been promised since AoY first ran. The current rerun would be a great time to make good on this!
