Borg space TFOs wanting a shuttle to play?

The Omega Task force TFOs keep coming up with an error message saying that a shuttle is required. It does this for 30 - 40 seconds then kicks me out of the team automatically generating me an AFK penatly, I have been affected by this issue 3 times now resulting in me being unable to play any TFOs for over 90 minutes.

This is even with a shuttle equipped?

It's a hiccup in the Matrix. I reported this a month ago but it was Gateway to Grethor when I got that message and a AFK penalty.
