[Tzenkethi Retrofit Armor ∞] Armor pieces missing for Bridge Officers

Greetings,
this post was created on demand by GM Kezo (Ticket #789317).
When trying to apply the Tzenkethi Armor to any Bridge Officer, some parts are missing, depending on what gender the Bridge Officer belongs to.
For females the right shoulder pad and the chest gear is missing in the dropdown list from the tailor.
On males, both shoulder pads, the chest gear and the helmet are not selectable.
See the screenshots below for a visual description and an easy way to reproduce the error.
I also added pictures for other Lobi Store Armor where everything works perfectly (Hirogen and Breen Armor Set).
A short search in the forum brings up a lot of Threads with similar error descriptions:
All the missing items are implemented and can be used by the captain.
All it needs should be minor adjustments to the item category restrictions.
I have access to the Tribble Test Server and can provide you with test feedback.
