Help! I really wanted the 23rd century bird of prey skin, so I took the plunge on the legendary Romulan captain bundle. My Romulan captain is currently a level 53 delta recruit, and I have several level 65 characters from different factions. I was able to claim the ship from a vendor, but the bundle is nowhere to be found! This was too expensive to just blow off and not worry about getting all the benefits.

    Aye, all the bonuses are found in a separate unlock in the "Items" section, if I recall correctly.
    I guess you must have found it.
