Bug: Temporal Surge starship trait untargetable duration not lasting full 10 seconds

Reporting a bug.
Was planning to use this trait to have the enemy not attack me initially for a while, was wondering why the enemy was shooting at me so fast after activation. Recording shows enemy starting to attack me only 3 second later instead of 10 seconds.

Map this was tested in: In TFO Hive Onslaught.
