powers are activating when entering social zones

I just got the Kirk Temporal Heavy Battlecruiser on my console account and EVERY SINGLE TIME I load into a social zone(either from login screen, beaming up from ground, exiting from bridge, entering from sector space) all of my auto activate abilities are activated and start their cooldown which shouldn't be happening in social zones, the only way to prevent this is to completely turn off all auto activation which kinda defeats the whole purpose of having that feature on Console.

I've tried turning off each auto power one at a time and then I warp in/out of the social zone and no matter what the power is it'll activate and start its cooldown but again only on this one ship on one character
