- Carrier Wave Shield Hacking not activating with intel abilities. Not sure if there is a conflict between "That's a Big Ship" or "Target Rich Environment" traits.
- Grab an intel ship and the trait. Try to use them together...

Update: Using it with the tractor beam still seems to work, no icon though.
