Wasn't sure where to post this, However since the Coalition seems to be mostly be made up of Andorians, Klingons, Cardassians and Romulans, I wonder if they'll retcon Mirror Hakeev as a member of that faction.

    Would it even be a retcon? I don't remember a faction ever being mentioned for him, just that he's a DOff and he has both eyes.

    Yea. Mirror Hakeev is just a DOff so... there's nothing TO retcon. They could just add him in if they wanted.
