Gateway to Gre'thor now requires a shuttle?

I was queued for Gateway to Gre'thor Advanced when after accepting I got Map Transfer Failed (MapTransferFailed_No Puppet) This map requires a shuttle, which is amusing because I have a shuttle. What's not so amusing is the 30 minute leaver penalty I received.
