The Temporal Surge trait, which applies several effects but most importantly, "Untargetable for 10 seconds," was stated to only last for 2 seconds in PvP.
However, this is not the case - I have tested on each PvP map (solar winds, cracked planetoid, briar patch, salvage operation, and ker'rat) and in all of them, any ship using Temporal Surge is completely untargetable for 10 seconds, every 40.
My proposal for an easy solution to this problem - and any "untargetable" effect such as the one caused by Evade Target Lock
Change all Untargetable Effects to a Fixed Stealth Value
For example, if Temporal Surge granted +4500 stealth instead of "untargetable," this problem would be completely solved (as long as that stealth does not stack with intel team). 4500 stealth is enough that NPC's can't/won't target you anyway, so PvE gameplay is completely unaffected. However, in PvP, players with higher perception values will be able to counter the effect.

Still a huge issue - hope to see the duration of the untargetable time fixed in a patch soon. This patch has now been deployed to console and I've already heard it has caused issues for them too.

Note: The trait itself is missing from the list of starship traits, but if you had it on your hotbar before the patch it is still there. This is allowing players to have 7 starship traits equipped currently. I figure this will be fixed anyway but worth mentioning.
