Bot and ESD Performance issues

You really need to start fixing the instances and performance issues around ESD and other player zones. At times the game is unplayable. It isn't my internet or wifi connection. I have tested and verified my gateway modem and wifi signal strength. The problem is on your end. The problem is probably all of the bots and EC miner accounts (which should be banned since they violate the TOS). It hasn't been this bad in a long time. Ever since Gearbox took over, the performance in the game client has sucked.

I’m sorry you are having problems, but you do realize that there are plenty of players who are not having the problems you describe. If the issue was on the server’s end everyone would be experiencing it, don’t you think.

It may not be a problem though with your rig specifically. I know a lot of players have had problems with the security company Cryptic uses, Akamai.There is a way to trace the dataflow by pinging Cryptic with what is called a “traceroute”
