Critical Care STILL broken

Critical care for the Stranded in space mission has been broken since at least Discovery was released.
So what happens is when you first scan the crew member everything acts normally, the interaction completes and the communication window comes up showing what you need to do and the button appears saying apply treatment, once you click it the interaction goes through and the crewmember stands, now at this point a cutscene would play with your captain telling your transporter chief to transport the crewmember but she is unable and to have the crewmember wait on the transporter pad, and she'll transport them when she can. At this point you would speak to the crewmember and tell them to wait at the transporter pad. However, everything after the crewmember standing and thanking you doesn't happen and you don't get credit for saving the crewmember, this happens for all 3 crewmembers, making the team player and critical care accolades unachievable. Because of course if you go back after talking to Brott they are beyond help. Which still happens, even if you tried to save them. As I mentioned in the original report this has been a long-standing issue since Discovery launched, meaning no Discovery science character has Critical care.
