Possible provision bug for colony world

In my fleet, we haven't had anything slotted that you could spend luxury provisions on since the upgrade finished. We have just shy of 5 days and 16 hours left to go on a project that has more than 10 days to complete. That means we should have at least 5 days worth of Luxury provision generated by the system at the advertised rate of 3,375 per day, or an expected total above 16,875 at time of writing this. Currently we only have about two days worth at 7,644 despite the fleet not having had any projects slotted that you could spend luxury provisions on.

    Your 'Luxury' generator is currently being upgraded, which is why it isn't generating anything.
