Review Pending for Zen purchase - Paypal charged successfully

Hiya,

My husband just bought 12000 Zen to go towards getting the 10th Anniversary bundle while the sale is on. He was going to buy the next 6000 needed, but the 12000 Zen transaction shows as pending review. Paypal shows payment successful using his available Paypal balance. How long does the review take?
He wants to make sure he can buy the bundle before the deal ends, so hopefully not too long.

    My advice is that if the transaction doesn't fully complete before the sale ends, you should have him open a ticket with Customer Support and see if they'll honour the transaction as intended.
    They may not - but despite the small chance, you'll never get that 'yes' unless you actually ask.
