Misaligned parts after skeleton update to Research Science Vessel

When the skeleton rig was updated for the Nobel Miracle Worker Science Vessel [T6], it seems like some of the saucer sections became misaligned with their corresponding hull pieces. I've attached some images showing what I believe to be broken connections currently.
