[Console - Universal - Tachyon Net Drones] Sometimes fails. Has confusing description

• What the issue is: Console will activate and then fails to deploy. Suspect either bad interaction with Space Trait:Unconventional Systems or a mob this was fired on dying before it completed setup caused it to fail.
• What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue: n/a

Description issue is that (see picture) neither the store(right) nor the chat link(left) mention this console targets foe as opposed to a player epicenter effect as much of the "close range" jargon would make some believe. After purchase it is mentioned in the inventory description(center).

(Edit)After a lot of testing I've discovered aiming for a specific target has many problems: Target Nearest is random in a swarm and doesn't easily switch. Target next will cycle through everything, and mouse has two problems 1. It makes using a controller hard. 2. mobs can obstruct other mobs from being clicked on. This makes being specific about the epicenter of the console's effect important as it determines it's quality of function and value.

• Update: Ability to reveal cloaked ships is also broken.
• Map: Khitomer Vortex(TFO)
• What the issue is: Used it against I.R.W. Valdore and it failed to decloak.
• What steps you already tried: I am aware of the current bugs I posted and made sure to deploy it in a way that it would not fail to deploy.
