What the issue is: Bridge Officers can start with invalid clothing options such as duty/off-duty and unowned pay-packs which causes a need to change whole outfits when changing minor things.
What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue: I corrected their clothes but that won't fix the creator itself.
