GameClient locks up when loading Ground map for single character

Hello,
I have one character that will lock up the game when loading the UI for Ground maps. This occurs for any and all ground maps, but only for this one character (Alia@faviok) (I have 15+ characters on this account). The only way to correct for the lockup is to kill GameClient through Task Manager.
I have tried uninstall/reinstall of the game, but that did not correct the issue.
