Ragnarok mission bug unable to progress

When you beam down to the enterprise j if you don't immediately talk to scotty and enter the engineering center the option to talk to scotty disappears and you will be unable to progress the mission.

Workaround: beam back to ship and then continue the mission making sure you talk to scotty before you even move.


While this bug doesn't completely break the mission making you start all over it really should be fixed so that it is not possible to trigger or cause this bug/issue.
