bug on "crossroads at Crateris"

im having problems on on the Romulan story where Slamek won't move and it won't let me progress, I've been having this problem since last major update, I've tried making new characters, dropping mission, using different accounts, aborting mission and pretty much everything I can do, unfortunately this bug is making it impossible to play as a Romulan delta recruit can you please help

I tired to replicate this last night. I created a Romulan char and ran the tutorial up to this point. Slamek worked fine for me. Are you sure you completed everything you need to do before heading over with Veril to check on Slamek, did you also get the Delta recruit item from under one of the drainpipes before you went to him. (I'm only guessing here as to what you have or have not done). I specifically created a char to test this mission for you but couldn't replicate your issue, sorry. I can try again if you like.
