Missing upgrades on T5-U ships pulled out of dry dock

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I pulled out my T5-U Risian luxary cruiser and Risian corvette out of dry dock and am missing the X upgrades that were done on them before put into dry dock are now missing on them. Hope to get this resolved to be able to make full use of them...

    If they're unlocked via the Event system, you can discharge them and reclaim them.
    You should then be able to upgrade them to T5-U and then T5-X for free at any Ship Manager.

    they were both ships I had gotten from the phoenix box tokens before they were removed from ultra rare token boxes, so am not able to get them back if I discharge them.
