Level 65 character receiving Mark12 very rare items, instead of Mark13 UR.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I noticed that my rewards from reputation are rewarded on one of my characters as Mark12 Very rare, rather than mark13 Ultra rare, all my rewards in all trees are showing Mark 12 as well.

    That's what Rep rewards are meant to be, by default.
    ...rather than mark13 Ultra rare,
    As mentioned above, this is a reward upgrade only available if you have it unlocked (and claimed) by a Temporal Recruit.
