Neck disappears during transporter FX

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The title is self-explanatory, but I assume it's due to selecting the Mirror Romulan top at one point. The character is a Delta Recruit, so I'm VERY hesitant to delete it.

    What the issue is?
    Use Step by Step Repro using the example below modified slightly for this bug
    1. Step 1 list Gender, Race, Faction
    2. Step 2 list Exact location of costume piece(s) in the tailor you are wearing
    3. step 3 What you were doing to cause the bug
    What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue (if applicable)
