Dyson Sphere Ground Battlezone Captains keep fading away

I was in the Dyson Sphere's battleground when a randomly patrolling captains spawn in they will immediately fade away. I've seen this happened twice in the city and once at the outskirts today on two difference toons. Time is now 6:34 PM PST so this would had happen in the City between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM "White Knight-1A@White Knight". I'm assuming this is somehow related to todays patch.
