Anyone experience an issue with your character making rally or melee gestures using energy weapons?

It's starting to get really annoying where the character while using a energy beam weapon begins to gesture and gets stuck in a loop continuously giving the rally animation.

ALL KEY AND CONTROLS WERE RESET IT STILL CONTINUES.

Some of my characters are punching the air whenever I drop a Pahvan Crystal.
The crystal still drops, but the amusing point here is that the characters now appear to p00p out the crystals.
