Bridge officers not showing up at tailor

Bridge officers for my Fed Fleet Admiral Shelby (engineering) are no showing up when i go to the tailor ! When i go the section bridge officers at tailor Sol . The officers show up 1 at a time at the right , but not in the line up of bridge officers at the tailors costume section . Any idea on how to correct this ?

Have tried the following as suggested , but didn't work .

-Verify your game files by going into Options in the game launcher, checking the Force-Verify box, click Save, then let the verification process complete.
-Set 'On-demand patching' to disabled, patch to the full version, and see if this resolves the issue.
-Lower in-game graphical settings to the minimum level or try running the game in Safe Mode (if the crash is in-game). To run in Safe Mode, go to Options in the game launcher, check the Safe Mode option, and click Save.
