STAR TREK ONLINE NOT RESPONDING

Hello, Ever since the 26th season named Stormfall of Star Trek Online. Whenever i close my game, the game refuses to close like it is supposed to. The only way to close the game is to open task manager, and force close the game launcher as task manager shows the game as "Not responding". There are no hardware issues as i have checked everything.
