The new "Mirror Coalition" Collar doesn't mix&match with 99% of Uniform Tops

The new "Mirror Coalition" Collar is only available in the Tailor Section "Uniform - Jacket Tight":
It is missing on "Uniform - Jacket Loose" where most of the Uniform Tops are, so it doesn't mix & match with 99% of Uniform Tops:
So unfortunately you cannot create a turtleneck look using that collar. To show you what I mean I mocked this up in Powerpoint:
Please fix it and make the "Mirror Coalition" Collar and Jacket available in the Tailor Section "Uniform - Jacket Loose"!
Note that I am a Federation Playable Klingon Female!
