Delta Recruit Icon Missing

I started a delta recruit this past event and the icon for it was displayed for a while in game, now its gone. I still get the delta rewards. I tried switching characters but it still will not show up.

At first, that's what I thought, but even today, I still see characters with the icon active. I don't know if they are having the bug or me.
