Chidyat/Hur'q swarmers crash issue

For a while now, 99% of the time the hur'q swarmers are used by another player, either the trait or the ship device, my game crashes, either freezing completely or almost freezing, letting me play on for about 30 seconds then boots me to home screen, I was just wondering if anyone else has experie7thjs issue, I have submitted a ticket, but was told it has been referred to the dev team and to post in the forum's about it, as you can imagine it can hinder my gameplay a lot, as they are used very regularly in battlezones and in tfos, so a lot of the time I lose any rewards for my efforts I both, and have even been given "leavers penalties" when this happens as well, in tfos, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
