Delta Recruit, lost Space and Starship traits.

Each time my location changes, my Delta Recruits Space and Starship traits get lost, or worse. In some instances, not only are the traits cleared, but the tray become locked, not allowing me the add them back. In some cases, ground commands somehow get added to the traits tray.

Below is an example, I reset all traits while in orbit in SOL system, As soon as I beamed down to Starfleet Academy, this is what happened.
