Nanopulse Plasma Torp Spread bugged/broken

I have noticed an issue with the Nanopulse Plasma Torp on several of my characters.

The characters are:
Cor'ros@redray1986
Kor'ohs@redray1986
Karai@redray1986

My friend's character with the same issue:
Mardak@Darthturk

Map change has no effect on the issue.

I've done some tests with the weapon, but there's nothing I seem to be able to do to resolve the issue.

Here are my observations:

Standard fire of the Nanopulse Torp:

Spread:


It it missing a lot of its regular damage components in Spread mode.
High Yield is fine, but all ranks of Spread are broken.

In my damage tests, the Nanopulse Torp has been performing way below expectations, so I looked into the tooltips, and it showed this.

Once again, the energy damage component AND the Plasma Burn components are not present.

And I've tested the torpedo extensively, it does not seem to be a mere "display bug" where the effect happens even if the tooltip doesn't show it.

I really like this weapon and I'd like it to get looked at.

I really like this torp and I'd like it to not suck when used with Spread.
