Request reinforcements command not working on Nimbus after Task Force Operation mission

I was playing some missions and having fun on Nimbus and everything appeared normal with the away team initially. However, when I joined a Crystalline Catastrophe TFO (this bug may happen with other TFO's as well, at the time of writing I had only encountered the bug with the Crystalline Catastrophe TFO) and when I came back and hit the request reinforcements button to get my away team back nothing happened. I tried again to request my away team and tried going in and out of Paradise City to try and reset it to no avail. I then transferred maps by beaming up and back down to Nimbus again and the changing of maps between space and ground fixed the issue. Please fix this, thank you
