2409 Legendary Captain Bundle Not Received

After purchasing the 2409 Legendary Captain Bundle for my new Delta recruit, I did not receive it. The zen store shows that it was purchased but it is not in my inventory. This toon has completed the tutorial. Upon discovering this issue, I logged the character out and back in again. I logged on to my main toon that I've had since 2012 in case it got sent to the wrong toon. It wasn't there either. I then relaunched the game and no change. I submitted a ticket and am currently awaiting a response from support. I'm starting this thread in case others are experiencing this problem.

    You probably just have to unpack the box on the toon you want. The bundle has two digital items the ship and the captain pack. The captain is probably listed in the C-store bundles page—but maybe it is in promotions or legacy unlocks. The item won’t charge you it should read “Available” rather than listing a price.

    It is set up like that so you can get the ship without the captain bundle. If you have multiple characters you don’t want to open the captain level pack on the wrong toon.

    Maybe someone else knows where it is in the menu? I hope you find it.

    Thank you, qultuq. As long as I have been playing this game, you'd think I'd know how to find things by now. I have received the bundle under the items tab in the zen store. Moderators, feel free to close this thread as solved.

    Glad you found it! It isn’t your fault the store is as spaghettified and Frankensteined as everything else in the game.
