Traits keep resetting randomly or none at all

This ridiculous everyday I get on and play this game I constantly have to reset my traits because for some reason it is resetting them randomly or taking them all off and leaving nothing on there I don't understand why this keeps happening but it needs to get fixed as soon as possible and for the grammar and punctuation police on here please save it for somebody else

I know this is being an ongoing issue that keeps happening and a lot of players thought when the game got transferred over to gearbox things were going to be ran differently and better and that doesn't seem to be the case we all know that we've been kicked To The Ground by cryptic and Arc and then when we didn't think we you get kicked in the lower they would stomp us into the ground even more I know as for me and a lot of other players that I play the game with we were hoping that this wasn't going to be treated the same way with gearbox and so far nothing's changed and I'm sorry just stating what I see to be true and again for the grammar and punctuation police on this page please save it for somebody else I understand a lot of people either get paid to monitor these forms or they'd like just to belittle people but save it for somebody else please
