Starships broken & BOFF starship/shuttle abilities gone?

So I'm sure I can't be the only one having this issue, but this one is a real doozy. Recently completing a mastery on one of my ships, I recommissioned a T6-X ship from drydock. Upon learning that recommissioning it from drydock removed the T6-X universal console, I discharged and replaced it with a fresh new version. It applied everything the T6-X does once I upgraded it.
During the reequipping, I still see items that leave behind a shadowed icon saying they are "equipped on a different ship" even when they are moved to main inventory. (as indicated in the screenshot below) It does have the nasty habit of reequipping those items over the ones I put, causing inventory to constantly change on me when switching maps.
Once I moved all of my equipment to the ship, I went to set bridge officer stations. The Space Stations for both Starship and Small Craft are completely empty! There is no way to set stations for any of my officers.
I get that the game is 10+ years old and every new patch seems to cause problems that have to be fixed, but since Stormfall's release it just seems like more and more problems spring up. I'd like to see more fixes to the issues plaguing the game than new bundles or lockboxes and lockbox ships. STO is fun, but when it is not functional and stuff is missing, it takes away from the fun.
