piercing tetryon turret which comes as reward from nimbus infiltration mission once upgraded to epic can not be re-engineered
i have 2 different turrets
one is
ac/dm acc crth dmg
ac/dm acc dmg*2
so it is clear they can have various mods but the re-engineer option is missing on them
