Discovery T6 Reputation Flourish Missing

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
I am on xbox and I finally got my 1st T6 reputation. I can't find how to activate the flourish. Surely I am doing something wrong / looking in the wrong place. I have looked on the wheel ofr both the LB and X buttons. I am standing inside ESD so there is no reason it shouldn't be there. This has to be user error and can't be ANOTHER bug can it??
I have claimed the T6 Rep that you get on completing a tier, and all the new items that popped up to replace the daily project.

I have tried changing maps, Changing instances, switching toons, logging off and back on. Can anyone help?

    Yep, it should be a choice on your LB BUTTON ground ability wheel. If it doesn't show up still, after going to different maps, you may have a bug that you'll have to report to get it fixed. Sorry.

    Thanks, I am close on another Rep so I may just wait to see if having another one fixes it before I send in another bug report. I am sure every Game maser has a full inbox right now given the other more important issues.

    Update: once I got a second REP completed the Flourish showed up. It's probably just a bug with Disco not populating the radial.
